Supporting Women Through Pregnancy and Infant Loss With Faith, Compassion and Gentle Reflection
Pregnancy and infant loss can be an incredibly painful and often isolating experience.
For many women, grief doesn't disappear after the initial loss. Questions remain. Faith can feel complicated. And knowing how to support someone who is hurting isn't always easy.
At Ink & Grace, we believe women shouldn't have to carry this journey alone.
Our heart is to create gentle, faith-based resources that help women bring their grief honestly to God and find space to reflect, remember and process their journey at their own pace.
A Gentle Resource for Women Navigating Loss
Capture. Reflect. Heal. is a faith-based guided journal created for women navigating pregnancy loss, miscarriage, infant loss, infertility and the grief of an unexpected journey.
Through Scripture, guided reflection, prayer and creative journaling, the journal offers women a gentle space to:
-
Bring their honest thoughts and emotions to God
-
Reflect on Scripture during difficult seasons
-
Process grief without pressure to have everything figured out
-
Remember and honour their journey
-
Create space for prayer, reflection and honest conversation with God
This is not about offering quick answers or telling someone how they should grieve.
It is simply about creating space.
Space to be honest.
Space to reflect.
And space to bring pain to God, one page at a time.
Why I Created Ink & Grace
My name is Angelique, and Ink & Grace was born from my own journey through infertility and pregnancy loss.
I understand what it can feel like to carry faith and disappointment at the same time. To love God while still having questions. To believe He is near while walking through a season you never expected.
During my difficult seasons, writing my prayers in my journal became a way for me to slow down and have honest conversations with God. It gave me space to acknowledge what I was carrying and bring before Him the things I couldn't carry on my own.
That experience inspired me to create Capture. Reflect. Heal.
My hope is that women who are walking through their own journeys of grief will feel less alone and find a gentle place to meet with God honestly; without pressure to be strong, have the right words or rush their healing.
How Churches and Ministries Can Partner With Ink & Grace
Every church and ministry supports women differently, so partnership doesn't have to look the same for everyone.

Make the Journal Available as a Resource
Keep copies available for your:
-
Pastoral care team

Provide Journals Through Pastoral Care
Some churches may choose to keep journals available to give to women and families when they are walking through loss.
This can provide a gentle, practical resource alongside pastoral care and support.
Share the Resource With Your Community
If the journal aligns with the heart of your ministry, you may simply choose to share it as a resource with women in your church or community who may benefit from it.
Let's Start a Conversation
My heart is not simply to promote a product.
